In these terms and conditions, "we", "us" and "Katie" refers to Your Spa Therapist.

Your Spa Therapist provides temporary cover to Spa and similar locations by supplying qualified beauty and well being practitioners. Your Spa Therapist then invoice directly for the hours covered. The minimum chargeable rate is 4 hours.

For the mutual benefit of both our therapists well being and the quality of service provided to the client massage treatments are limited to four hours in one day. In exceptional circumstances with the consent of the therapist and your acceptance that the treatment quality may diminish an extension may be possible. This will attract a surcharge being added to the agreed rate.

A charge of £40 is added for provision of same day emergency cover.
A cancellation fee of 50% of daily rate  is applicable only if cancelled with less than 2 days notice 
Full fee is applicable if cancelled the same day
​A booking administration  fee of £20 will apply for all other cancellations including any changes to hours already booked.

We reserve the right to add an additional 10% service charge to overdue invoices.

If a therapist is requested for a full day those are the hours invoiced. 

A higher rate will be added for Bank Holidays.

OUR LIABILITY

We accept no liability for any loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, waste of management or office time or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.


 TRAVEL EXPENSES

A small fee for travel expenses will be added if the therapist has to travel some distance.

 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.

 OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.



 LAW AND JURISDICTION

 Contracts for the purchase of products or services will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
